Auburn Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Opens
Auburn Memorial Medical Services, P.C. announces the November 2, 2009 opening of a new practice: Auburn Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine, led by Dr. Rajesh Rao. The office is located at 77 Nelson Street, Suite 120 and appointments may be made by calling 315-252-8838.
Dr. Rao is Board Certified in Pulmonology, Critical Care, Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree at Karnataka University, Nehrunagar, India, and completed a Residency at the Sisters of Charity Hospital, Chief Residency at Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Buffalo, and Fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep at University at Buffalo, NY.
Auburn Pulmonary & Sleep Services will offer services including but not limited to chronic obstructive lung disease, asthma, pulmonary hypertension, sleep disorders, acute and chronic respiratory failure, and various lung infections. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday.
