Confidential & Anonymous Reporting

The Compliance Hotline allows employees to report concerns anonymously if preferred. ACH strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

What to Report

• Suspected wrongdoing by an employee, physician, or vendor.
• Concerns about a supervisor committing or ignoring misconduct.
• Any wrongdoing beyond a supervisor’s scope of authority.
