Biography

Dr. McCrone completed a pediatric residency and a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship in Buffalo NY. She served as Medical Director for the region's first pediatric urgent care for 12 years and served as a course director teaching Upstate's medical students for 8 years. She is board certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She comes to Children's Health Specialists with extensive experience treating ill or injured children and looks forward to expanding her role to include breastfeeding medicine consultations and newborn support. She lives with her family on a small hobby farm and enjoys taking care of her animals, traveling and hunting for fossils.
