Biography
Brian R. Bennett, MD joined Internal Medicine Associates of Auburn in August 2007. He graduated medical school at the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He came to Auburn from the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC)/Strong Memorial Hospital where he completed his residency. He served as Chief Resident and resident preceptor in the Medicine Resident Urgent Care Clinic and was also on staff with the Hospitalist Unit. Dr. Bennett is the recipient of the White Family Memorial Scholarship for Rural Medicine and the Milton S. Luria Award for exceptional clinical ability, enthusiasm and attitude. In addition to joining IMAA, he also serves as the Medical Director at Mercy Rehabilitation Center in Auburn. He is originally from Bath, N.Y.; he is married and has three children.
