23rd Annual ACH Golf Classic-Highland Golf Course Sept 9, 2019

Dear Friends of Auburn Community Hospital:

We look forward to actually being able to golf for the 23rd annual Golf Classic. You may recall our

fundraiser was cancelled last September due to terrential rains. Auburn Community Hospital is grateful

for the generous support that many organizations have provided to the hospital through the ACHF Golf

Classic over the years. We look forward to having you as our sponsor this year.

This year, the tournament is scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2019 at Highland Park Golf Club inAuburn, New York. We have many sponsorship opportunities available with a range of benefits that you may find on the enclosed brochure. Any of these levels are a very effective way to highlight the close partnership we enjoy with you and your organization. We welcome any gift in kind/monetary donations (gift baskets, gift cards, etc.) that you may want to contribute to the Golf Classic. We will receipt all gifts for income tax purposes.

Proceeds from this year’s Golf Classic will go towards a fund to establish a Women’s Health Center at Auburn Community Hospital. Our goal will be to create the center on the ACH campus with the ability to offer services such as:

• Breast Care

• Mammography

• Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Special Care for Women…to fit their individual needs
