Job Title: Clinical Applications Specialist – Full Time – Auburn Community Hospital

Job Description:

Responsible for the analysis, administration, development, installation, testing, and maintenance of the organization’s applications with a focus on clinical applications.  Act as a clinical contact to address application and system issues.  Provides instruction and training for staff as necessary.  Provides expertise and assistance in designing, testing, and developing applications.  Collaborates with the clinical staff and the technical teams to maintain efficiency and achieve successful utilization of applications.  Complete or facilitate timely progress or completion of routine requests, optimization or project related work.

Qualifications:          

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years healthcare application experience.

Experience:

  • A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a health care institution of similar size and complexity preferred.
  • Participation in clinical information systems implementation cycle preferred (design team member, trainer, and user)
  • Experience with Microsoft Project

Salary – $60,000 – $80,000
