The ideal candidate will have prior Help Desk/Call ticket experience with a strong dedication to quality customer service. Strong communication skills and superior telephone etiquette with the ability to deal effectively with customers, vendors, peers and management. Strong problem-solving skills along with basic network connectivity troubleshooting skills. Dependable & Self-motivated with excellent attendance a must.
After hours information systems support through participation in on-call rotation.
