Finger Lakes Center for Living is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility with both private and semi-private rooms. We offer high-quality, comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and long-term residential care in a compassionate manner. Finger Lakes Center for Living (FLCL) is searching for a compassionate Nurse Educator to join the team. The Nurse Educator will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to plan, implement, evaluate and continuously improve educational programs and activities according to identified learning needs to promote individual development of nursing personnel and to facilitate patient care.
Must possess a valid NYS Registered Nurse license. Preferred experience of 3 years or more in LTC/Rehabilitation. Must have completed, or willing to complete prior to start date, an Infection Preventionist specialized training certification. The organization can provide this course. BLS required. Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated critical thinking skills essential.
Salary – $85k – $95k
