$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full Time and Part Time Employment)
Broad Function:
Responsible for specialized and routine radiographic and CT procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform specialized procedures examinations.
- Maintain adequate level of supplies for special procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge of all special procedures and CT and train Radiologic Technologists in specialized procedures and CT.
- Cover emergency call for CT and Nuclear Medicine as necessary.
- Perform the duties of Radiologic Technologist, CT Technologist, Mammography and Nuclear Medicine Technologist and/or one (1) of the above modalities.
- Maintain awareness of and comply with hospital and regulatory agencies standards, rules, regulations and codes applicable to radiologic services.
- Maintain competency in caring for patients of all age groups and developmental stages, and maintain competency as specifically indicated by orientation guidelines for a particular unit.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma plus 2 years Radiologic Technology or a Associate’s Degree in RT plus NYS License and at least 1 year as a Radiologic Technologist plus CT and Ultrasound experience required.
- ARRT registered.
- CPR certification required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.83 – $45.83 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
